Kinda weird but like

When i get random bursts of tiredness where i'm too lazy to do anything and i get frustrated very easily and that ends up in me straight up insulting myself as if i'm insulting someone i hate
Then later on i realize it and think "Why tf am i getting mad at myself-"
Like bro chill? I'm only trying to peacefully clean up the table what am i getting mad for?
Its so weird
