It could be just hormones or a bad day, but if it happens often and keeps bothering you, then maybe try talking about it with your family or getting a medical check-up just to be on the safe side. Anyways, hope it works out for you well!   reply

I have a friend that gets constantly depressed like this by thinking about stuff unnecessarily. Events that happened years back, traumatising to minor things like tipping a glass over. The best thing to do is to be occupied. Keep a consistent schedule. When you get breaks, write down how your day went, what you appreciated that day, minor details l......   reply
