People have a right to their beliefs and values. Respect is a good place to start toward support (though basically idk why you don’t support something you respect). I would like to know more about why they have this stance. Is it cultural, religious, personal experience etc   reply

id say it depends on the topic, context & situation. whether it's something as light as food or clothing preferences or as weighty as sexuality, religion, a humanitarian cause.. etc, whether it's about me, a single person, a crowd or minority that's being targeted and discriminated against.. etc. it can sound supportive in its' own way in a certain......   reply
