Receivers' faces are very dynamic in manhwa and I don't like how tops are portrayed (nor their appearances) so this topic is for me. (Two of these characters are strictly gay so this is weird but...)
Anyways, in terms of looks:
Haesoo from Love or Hate because he's just super pretty and sexy as all fuck. Not to mention he's smooth with it.
