If you do why? No offense but that shit is nasty my dumbass once tried doing it just because I saw a girl I liked doing it

I regret thinking that was a good idea. Doesn’t help that my nails are naturally super long....

How do you do it without gagging or just straight swallowing your nails?

It's a habit I can't really get rid of and when I do it, it makes me feel better. I know it's nasty and I wish I could let my nails grow out but my brain is just like no reply
