a sad but an adorable fact
The Curiosity Rover On Mars Sings “Happy Birthday” To Itself Every Year
If you’re interested in outer space, you probably know that NASA sent a rover to Mars named Curiosity! Curiosity basically gathers different forms of data to help scientists learn more about the red planet. Unfortunately, no alien sightings so far, but you never know what the future will bring. Curiosity is not totally alone on Mars, as there are several other rovers on the planet. However, although we are slowly populating Mars with little robots, these rovers are all very spread out across the planet, so they are all pretty much alone. So, what does a lonely rover do on its birthday? Well, Curiosity has actually been programmed to sing “Happy birthday” to itself! While this is weirdly adorable, it’s also pretty sad, maybe Curiosity needs a little rover friend to hang around with. Can you honestly imagine spending your birthday all alone? Come on now, rovers need some love too!
oh curiosity, lets be alone together.
