I decided to delete the question. It was meant to be a joke about how some authors exaggerate baby fat in their works, but it seems like I didn't make the joke clear enough Also, someone brought it to my attention that what I said about type 2 diabetes was very insensitive. I apologize. I really didn't mean to offend anyone so I just decided to take down the question altogether. I have a niece who recently turned 1 years old and she's chubby and adorable and I love her with all my heart. I would never say anything like that about real life babies!!
