I vaguely remember watching Shaman King and Digimon as Saturday morning cartoons. I loved them, but didn't know that they were anime. My first anime (that I knew was an anime) was Fruits Basket. It hooked me and I went looking for more.
I'm really not sure on my first manga. I read a few chapters of Skip Beat! online before I really got into manga......
