crying

I was in high school. So there is this day. Every morning we got a morning lecture. At that day we had a test in the noon.
In the morning before the lecture start, me and my friends is study the test material like talking abt it so we could memorized it. So when we got a lecture in the morning, I kinda forgot something so I open my book where the material iis. Well yes I don't paid attention to my teacher bc my brain was thinking about the test, I just open my book instinctly lol. And then I was fucking surprised there was a book flying to me. That book is thin, (like in the picture below). Yes, my teacher threw her book to my face. I was so fucking confused back then and she starts to scold me nonstop. I was scared. And when she left the class, I chased after her and return her book while crying and said "I'm sorry ma'am, I'm sorry ma'am" lol and then she asked me to not repeat it and pay attention.
And then I went to the back of the door of my class and start to cry again until im calmed down. An then i go to my class and sat on my chair and my friends ask me of I'm ok and i start to cry again lol
Aaah mannn, tbh I'm still scared of her for the rest of my high school days lmao.
I know I was wrong bc didn't pay attention, but is it necessary to throw a book at my face?
