Phobia of lizards

So recently my general fear of lizards have turned into a phobia so much so that even typing that word gives me goosebumps. Unfortunately for me i live in a place with tropical climate and since its the season of little lizard babies they are all over our house. I luckily haven't seen one yet but my mum just told me that she saw 2 babies around my room and i cried for 2 hours afterwards. I don't know how i am gonna survive this season cuz last year i nearly killed 5-6 of them by myself and discarded them but due to the lockdown and everything my anxiety have peeked leading me to develop a phobia after a pretty bad incident
I haven't been clinically diagnosed with it but i am pretty sure i have it since i was searching for pest control and bawled my eyes out upon seeing the photo of the said animal. This have also increased my self harm activities which i finally got under control recently after suffering from it for nearly a decade
