This couldn't be more relatable Ironically, or maybe it is actually because of that, I am anorexic, but still at a normal weight. Mainly because I go through periods of intense restricting and fasting, while doing a lot of sport, until I can't take it anymore and start binging and ruining all of my efforts. Hello pals, I've kept a steady weight of 150-160 lbs since 3rd grade (I'm 153 cm, and now 19 years old)... All my checkups say I'm healthy and I can dance and move quickly. Same. I wanted to lose weight and fat so I decided I would exercise. Until I realized I was too embarrassed to go out and actually go for a jog or walk. I never had a meal plan and never really worked it when I planned to. I actually just skip meals and recently I plan on using my mothers weight loss thing that's like a hula hoop to help.   1 reply

It all starts with a routine that is really simple to follow. Like a glass of water in the morning or a stretch instead of just going into a full on meal plan/workout etc. Those huge plans are mainly for people who have been doing them for ages and it's really hard to get into, trust me, me too.
