Help Need to Find!!!

Okay so idk if this 2 separate mangas or the same one. SPOILER WARNING!!!!

1. There is this scene stuck in my head where this girl is like at an event where the crown princess is having a birthday party and everyone is embroidering a handkerchief. At the end the crown princess has to choose which is her favorite and she chooses the MC's (of course) because she embroidered an eagle on it (which was weird/inspiring idk).
2. This might the se manga idk or it might not. I have read it multiple times but always forget what it's called! It's about a girl who remembers she's either in an otome game or a book (idk they all kinda blur together) but basically she gets kicked out school and then has the feudal right passed over to her from her dad. She basically becomes a BOSS QUEEN and starts making things better for the common folk. She becomes such a boss that she starts her own business and basically introcues the idea of having the feudal business being run separately from the feudal taxes. And she brings in banks. She then meets this super competent guy who helps her trust people again. And like everyone who hated her before starts loving her again (i.e. her brother who was enchanted by the unrealistic fantasy world the other girl made him believe in). Anyways I can't find it and I'm sad because I know it probably hasn't updated but I want to reread it again.
