Anxiety Coping
I'm having a ton of anxiety right now, so I'm kind of doing all my little routines to make me feel better. It's made me wonder, what do you guys do when you have the most horrid amount of anxiety in your system?
I in fact listen to music on my speakers max volume, and bury my head like an ostrich under blankets, pillows and stuffed animals. Strangely comforting. And when I can't really do that I tend to rub my Knuckles against each other and pace around, which ends up hurting my Knuckles, so my mother bought me like this baby toy that has riveted cloth. And now I call him therapy penguin XD
