I can't keep staying up late at night when all i'm doing is scrolling through tik tok and watching youtube videos Its to the point where i sleep between 1 or 3 am Sometimes 4 am I can't go back to staying up until 10 in the morning again Those days were fun until i couldn't stop doing it Think imma die early
i just stay usually up until 12-1 and then go to sleep, wake up the next morning at 8:30ish, for weekends i go to sleep at 4:00am - 6:00am just force urself to go to sleep at a certain time for the week and the habit will be there reply
