I need some help or I'm just overreacting

So I went through my history for fun, and for the record I mostly read yaoi, so when I saw that I had supposedly read chapter 114 of "my Aunt", wich I've tried once but quickly regretted my mistake, I was surprised. And then my paranoid ass started thinking that I may have been hacked for some reason... And just to be sure I tried changing my password, but my supposed "current password" was wrong. And now I don't know what to do because I've never changed my password and yeah ... So I'm am maybe panicking and being to emotional about an account on an illegal site but I really don't what to do.
