help my close friend confessed to me and I'm fuckin jfaksd
At midnight, I was just fucking around with him by roleplaying as a dom woman when he started sending me romantic lyrics and thirst-trap shit (as a joke obvs, he said he was hella bored) and we ended up talking for an hour.
I was starting to be sleepy so I called him to stfu so I could sleep, but then he suddenly said 'I'd fuck with you and your vibe'. I was laughing it off and said I did too and thought he was just being randomly sweet until he said 'like no, no, seriously. I like you.' ... I was deadass sweating because at the moment, I didn't know if he was being serious or being a liar (because he tends to prank my dumbass), but he was. And it was because our stupid convo from before made me send him shit like human pink collars as a joke, I didn't think we'd transition to this.
We ended up going in a trail about how he saw that throughout our relationship as friends, I was always there for him and that I'm someone who he could talk about ANYTHING even if we don't talk much, and I wouldn't judge him for that. I ended up confessing the same thing (about how I'm the same too), and then we ended up talking the whole night with us deadass being sweet to each other.
It's the morning right now, and I don't know how to feel. When he confessed to me hours ago, I was like 'to hell with it, why not?' because I was going to lose my chance since we were graduating in a few weeks. I've never been in a relationship before, and he knows, so I'm scared as shit. He's been in a few and he's more experienced than me, and the fact that our relationship would change kinda scares me.
Does anybody have any like tips or experiences similar to this??
TL;DR: My close friend of 4 years confessed to me literally the night before and we ended up being on call for the whole night. I said I wouldn't mind if we took things further the night before, but right now IDK how to feel. I want to hear similar experiences or tips or something LMAO.
