I think you're free to date whoever you want. Even if it's a friend's ex, they're ex's now so that means they're free game imo. You should prolly think about why they broke up before going into a relationship with that person to see if you might have the same problem with them or like keep it in mind while you're dating. Dunno if I just made sense ......
