Simply reading GL/BL does NOT mean you fetishize wlw/mlm relationships. Anybody can read any genre they want. I read GL from time to time despite being a male. Does that instantly mean I fetishize wlw relationships? Of course not.   reply

Dunno how well this applies to gl, and I'm sure someone else can better speak on that than me anyways, but yaoi and bl literally only exist because of the objectification and intentional misrepresentation of mlm people in media for the benefit of non-mlm people so I don't think it should exist in the way that it does for this to even be a question ......   3 reply
