im pretty young myself so I suppose I may be a bit biased but honestly-- I don't think so. most people I know started watching porn pretty young as in like.. 9+ but yaoi can be more darker and you need to be able to tell the difference between reality and fiction. one- don't sexualize real gay people. you probably don't but a lot of young fujuoshis......
