(For Girls) Do you prefer having heat or period every month?

For Girls who've read omegaverse do you think it'll be better having heat every month or period.. And if you can choose between them (and your choice will be for the rest of your life) which would you prefer?
For me I guess heat is better than period because I HATE THE PAIN that comes with it.. And also the trouble of changing pads and fearing that it'll leak... I know heat sounds troublesome but I think spending a week every month at home is the best.. And I think I can tolerate the arousal that comes with it (because I feel aroused most of the time ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄ XD).

Periods suck, but I'd much rather have them over heats. In every heat fic I've read, it's stated that it's easy for someone to overheat and die from dehydration, plus you either have to take pills to keep yourself quite literally functional or have someone satisfying your urges (whether by toys or masturbation or fucking).
