(For Girls) Do you prefer having heat or period every month?

For Girls who've read omegaverse do you think it'll be better having heat every month or period.. And if you can choose between them (and your choice will be for the rest of your life) which would you prefer?
For me I guess heat is better than period because I HATE THE PAIN that comes with it.. And also the trouble of changing pads and fearing that it'll leak... I know heat sounds troublesome but I think spending a week every month at home is the best.. And I think I can tolerate the arousal that comes with it (because I feel aroused most of the time ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄ XD).

Heat. Why? Because my first period was bad and they only got worse over the years. By the time I was 18 I would be throwing up and passing out from the pain. This would go on for two to three days, lying in bed, praying for it to be over. It was years before my doctor suggested taking birth control.
