If you do why? No offense but that shit is nasty my dumbass once tried doing it just because I saw a girl I liked doing it

I regret thinking that was a good idea. Doesn’t help that my nails are naturally super long....

How do you do it without gagging or just straight swallowing your nails?

I do bit my nail alot especially when there's a tension in our house or i got anxious when im scared too . But I spit it i want to stop doing it but i dont know how . reply
