Yes it does. Please please ignore people who call characters trash. They think anybody who isn't a dps sucks. Also anybody who uses bennett's burst and buffs at the same time don't listen to a word they say, they usually don't know what they're talking about and are just "good at the game" because they were lucky to pull 5* and 5* weapons.
