Whew I relate, my proportions are similar to yours and I mostly do what could be described as cardio. do a workout every day, or jog a little every day. it doesn't need to be a lot, 7 minutes every day is enough! walk a lot! eat fresh foods, try to not eat just to eat! or.. like you can but.. at least then eat fruit or nuts or sum shit..   reply
