I am 173cm and 80kgs. I have gained 15kgs in 2 years due to overeating bcuz of depression. I was never slim to begin with but now I am just fat and unhealthy. I have been trying to cut down on junk food but it is not working well. Everytime I get stressed I turn to junk food. I try exercising one day but dont get motivated enough the next day. My stamina is shit now when it was great earlier. How to get motivated enough??I really don't want to live like anymore.
start with a small amount of exercise, something you enjoy if possible. maybe just 15 minutes, make it a habit by doing it every day and then you can slowly build it up. reply
