5.4", 48kg
My height is 163(5.4"?)and I am 48kg (I think around 103 pounds?) and I want to lose weight. ( - 5kg)
I know that am on the lighter side of what a 163cm person should be. But for some reason, I look larger than my actual weight. My thighs are very thick and my waist is just wide. But I do a lot of exercise and I play in team sports.
I'm being made fun of for having thick legs, and so I want to at least slim them down if I don't lose weight.
What are the most effective ways to lose weight fast? My goals are the lose 2kg a month at minimum. I'm a beginner at dieting and weight loss, are these realistic expectations?
muscles weigh more than fat does - if you really want lose weight then stop exercising you'll lose muscle mass probably in your thighs as well and your weight will drop. Obviously you shouldn't actually do this but it just doesn't sound like you really have much fat to lose so this would be the only way... honestly the next time someone mentions yo......
