Muscle is denser than fat, which means the same weight in muscle is actually skinnier than the same weight in fat (because fat is less dense - more spread out). Hi! As another commenter mentioned, I think the best thing to do is definitely watch what you're eating if you want to lose weight fast. What worked for me was reducing my meal portions (eating with smaller plates, bowls helped), obviously avoiding foods high in saturated fat and sugar (I cut most dairy products from my diet so I scarcely drink mil......   3 reply

If you pair a calorie deficit with exercise you will lose weight. Just make sure to do the deficit with healthy foods and more strength training than cardio.   reply

the best way to lose fat is either endurance training, for example it is said you start losing fat only after 30 min if jogging, or high intensity interval training, lots of exercises in short time with short breaks. I've never tried to lose weight but my guess is any exercise involving legs. So like lunges, situps, jogging, etc. I'd say diets can go a long way though. I've noticed my weight fluctuates a lot depending on how much I eat at any given time.   reply
