5.4", 48kg
My height is 163(5.4"?)and I am 48kg (I think around 103 pounds?) and I want to lose weight. ( - 5kg)
I know that am on the lighter side of what a 163cm person should be. But for some reason, I look larger than my actual weight. My thighs are very thick and my waist is just wide. But I do a lot of exercise and I play in team sports.
I'm being made fun of for having thick legs, and so I want to at least slim them down if I don't lose weight.
What are the most effective ways to lose weight fast? My goals are the lose 2kg a month at minimum. I'm a beginner at dieting and weight loss, are these realistic expectations?
With your current height and weight DO NOT DIET. Whoever is making fun of you is either jealous or stupid because for your height you're actually almost under weight. (Look up stats for BMI) Also as many people have said your legs are probably muscle from the activities you do. The next time someone says something rude just tell them you're in bett......
