Well uh....multiple truama's I guess? To many to list off and give context too in any case. But just a few are noticible to me due to pretty obvious mental stuff, you know.....being wary of yelling in negative contexts and flinching(full body flinching and screwing my eyes shut) at sudden moves near my face or like a big sudden hand shooting out.
