5.4", 48kg
My height is 163(5.4"?)and I am 48kg (I think around 103 pounds?) and I want to lose weight. ( - 5kg)
I know that am on the lighter side of what a 163cm person should be. But for some reason, I look larger than my actual weight. My thighs are very thick and my waist is just wide. But I do a lot of exercise and I play in team sports.
I'm being made fun of for having thick legs, and so I want to at least slim them down if I don't lose weight.
What are the most effective ways to lose weight fast? My goals are the lose 2kg a month at minimum. I'm a beginner at dieting and weight loss, are these realistic expectations?
girl you already underweight for someone of your height i suggest you stay or even gain weight. ur pretty much healthy, those are probably just your natural proportions so i don't think losing weight would make much of a difference. ssoooooo no need im dieting for easter break i'm going on an all egg diet since it apparently hella effective but i'm......
