"Loli" is short for "lolita" in English, and this (unfortunately blurry image above) is why English speakers use "lolita", and by extension "loli", to mean "sexually viewed underaged girl". It's been that way for almost 70 fucking years, far before whatever Japanese shit y'all think bro......
