making a scanlation group (if possible)

i have been thinking a lot about making my own scan group since a lot of the series i want to read are either poorly translated, need cleaning, or have not great quality (***no offense to any scan groups, your work is ALWAYS appreciated!!!!***). i dont have any funds, but i do have personal experience in cleaning and redrawing speech bubbles. i also speak eng and esp and am willing to do mtl. if anyone is willing to provide raws or general help, i would really love to start a scan group and talk about what manga/manwha/webtoons/etc we would like to see on here!
