If you have enough time make sure to rest for a moment and maybe even take a nap or eat some snacks
If the day has been stressful so far them i am so sorry to hear that :(

I just want to let you know that you're amazing and you're doing such a great job by just being here
I hope you're eating and drinking properly and getting at least 8 hours of sleep if not then i hope at the very least you're getting sleep
And i dearly hope you know that you don't need any validation from anyone but yourself
Make sure to take care of your physical and mental health too
I just wanted to say this because i really love you all

You guys always make my day when i'm feeling down in the dumps and i just wanted to show you my appreciation
