If you do why? No offense but that shit is nasty my dumbass once tried doing it just because I saw a girl I liked doing it

I regret thinking that was a good idea. Doesn’t help that my nails are naturally super long....

How do you do it without gagging or just straight swallowing your nails?

I used to bite my nails occasionally when i was young but then i thought "ayo this kinda nasty theres a lotta shit under nails" and u know i value hygiene>anxiety so now i just play with stuff in my hands like fidget toys or whatever hfhb reply
