Everyone copes with a loss of a loved one in different ways. It doesn't make you a bad person for moving on, you were too young at the time to feel it as deeply as your dad did. You have moved on because really you only have a couple of years worth of memories of her. Apparently most long term memories don’t start forming until around age 5 (except traumatic or exciting things).
