Idk if you would count this as sonophobia/phonophobia, but every time it gets too loud or if there are too many overlapping voices, I begin to cry. I shake and shrivel up. I want to hide. It hurts a lot.
Also I have Katsaridaphobia. I was traumatized as a kid because one came running at me. That's pathetic but I was so scared ╥﹏╥ (￣∇￣")
