Anxiety I just want to scream
AAAAAAHHGGGG AAAA Im so stressed right now, the stress is making me slack off and slacking off makes me even more stressed! I have so much work to do but I have no time at all, it's so painful. My brain is fogging really bad from the anxiety and my adhd keeps distracting me and now I can't do anything at all : I just wanted to rant ( ̄ε(# ̄)Σ

I won't tell you to "chill" since I'm going through a similar phase and I know how difficult it is to do stuff and not to do stuff at the same time. Idk if I'm making sense but I've literally been sitting with a book in front of me for the past hour and I've solved literally 2 questions and I can't really go back to reading mangas and I can't make myself study either. Anyways take your time, do breathing exercises, eat something and listen to some good calming music. It helps a lot ;;
