There's psycopaths and sociopaths: psycopaths, on one hand, are born that way, there's no solving or teaching them how to empathize nor feel for others. Pretty simple answer here, if you believe in the death penalty, he would deserve it. He committed first degree murder (multiple times), unlawful imprisonment, assault... and on... I learned from an Abnormal Psychology course a few years back that there's not an actual term for being a "psychopath" or "sociopath," though they can be described by personality disorders.
