Looks like an account that's botted their followers to me. If they gained 1 million followers naturally they'd definitely have over 100K likes on majority of their posts. But they can hardly reach 600 likes on a single post.
I actually kno it but never try it cuz my arts sucks but yea if u want to get a follower boost then sure try it but if it tells u to sign any weirdass shit then leave right then and there but it sounds promising try it :3
