Do you ever faint from missing a meal or two, staying up late for consecutive days or feel out of breath from the heat/exercise? I'm quite skinny as well, weighing around 91-95 lbs for years and it's very hard to gain weight. Sometimes I find it scary that if I miss my meals, I might lose consciousness or worse. If you wanna build muscles, you're gonna eat MORE than your basic daily calorie intake requires. It is so because muscles won't be built out of nothing, you have to provide your organism with proper "supplies", that is proteins. And if those supplies aren't above your required daily calorie intake, then they will be burnt in a process of metabolism......   1 reply
