Biting my fingernails

I used to bite my nails every single time i see a small white tip. Then i saw how my older sisters’ have long beautiful candle-like fingers with pretty nail arts so i decided to grow out my nails like theirs. I avoided looking at my nails for so long bc if i see the white part, I’ll just bite it off.

After a month, i forgot the existence of my nails until it grew quite long and i trimmed it properly. I did some pretty nail arts and was so happy at how it looked. Since then i stopped biting my nails.
