Last night when i was staying up reading manga i was suddenly shaking for some reason.. I was pretty calm so i really don't know why that happened and then i decided to eat the snacks my aunt gave me then after that i stopped shaking??? Then when i went to sleep halfway through while sleeping i just suddenly woke up because i was uncomfortable? (Ever had that feeling when you were just lying in bed then you suddenly feel uncomfortable as heck?) i couldn't go back to sleep because i kept being uncomfortable??? Anyway i don't really know why this happened to me but i'm genuinely concerned
Searched it on Google and apparently it's a medical condition called ''Essential Tremor''. I think you might want to go to a doctor and get yourself checked out, bud. 1 reply
