I would feel uncomfortable with my bestfriend knowing that I'm in a relationship (I'm assuming since ya'll are bestfriends you know how her relationship is going) and then confessing to me. Especially if you know the relationship is going well. If the relationship is not going well maybe wait to the are no longer together and then tell her.
