Is it wrong to use Anime as a guide?

Learning how to clean isn't a bad thing, as it's a necessary life skill to have, so in that aspect then it's not so bad. But I'd definitely say you shouldn't learn from a good majority of anime, especially if you pick up any social cues. I think being influenced is okay but it is wrong to be too influenced because you’re being unauthentic. You need to experience and learn things for and by yourself. Are you afraid of being yourself?
