We are now watching SpongeBob unable to sleep please help LMAO I genuinely cant sleep I'm literally so sensitive about gore and stuff I don't know why I thought it was a good idea

Hold hands or talk it out with your friend. Tell them how much you mean to them or confess the most embarrassing moment of your life... Idk, that's what I would do it that situation.
