I know this isn't good advice but please get away from your parents. Go to another room, get your headphones and blast loud music so it'll drown out the noise. Keep in mind that they can't fight forever, at one point they'll stop, forgive eachother and then act like nothing happened.   reply

fuck parents honestly, all they do is fuck up our mental health and make us miserable, try to distract them and yourself with some music or anything that ya'll are comfortable with it is all going to be fine dont worry   reply

sad, it used to happen to me too but instead of being the one to calm me down, my older sister just locked herself in and left me to face them. All I can tell you is to stay quiet and hope for the fighting to stop   1 reply

Hey, I really hope you're okay. Please stay strong, you'll get through this. My parents are divorced and they were like that too but now things are much better. They even talk sometimes too. But it's ok if you're at your limit, if you feel like you cant go on. Stay safe and I'm hoping things get better for you soon.   reply
