I will vomit if I try to eat a vegetable

What should I do if I want to start eating healthy...
But whenever I smell a vegetable I can't help but choke? If I eat a vegetable I will vomit, no joke.
I once got my ass beaten for vomiting in the kitchen sink twice when I was five after eating vegetables.

Vegetables are the only things that will make me vomit, not carsickness, not rollercoasters or heights. Just vegetables.

I get it. I’m the same way with meat. Like I can’t eat it without puking. So I’ve never eaten it. My older sisters first husband was the same about meat and vegetables. He lived off of pizza and spaghetti, pasta, etc. When I got sick with CFS I managed to develop an ability to take in chicken stock but that’s only bc chicken flavor is in a ...... reply
