Don't mess around with other people's feelings. If you don't like them and don't want to date them seriously, then say no. Don't waste everyone's time. If you want to give it a sincere go then say okay. But don't be a dick and string them along and stupid stuff like that. You may hate them, but hurting them is not really a justifiable response.
