overcoming
tbh I used to have major social anxiety and still suffer from fragments of it occasionally coming down to visit lol, nevertheless I got used to big groups of friends and talking to people I don't know casually because of my moms condition, I had to get adapted to making her phone call appointments with doctors, running around a hospital to find places, chatting with employees, etc. its helped me work as a person and im quite charming (not to brag lol) im usually the life of the party and love to cause most events to unfold. anyways the key to really overcoming it is facing it head on shockingly, and I get a lot of you have heard but it really is true, and really attacking it would be trying to making small talk with grocery store members, talking more often, asking questions, asking for answers, etc.

I was actually planning to help my mum with customers, so I can get used to interacting with people. I can't make friends at school, so I'm thinking this is my best option...
