I believe there's an option when you upload a chapter on here that you can click that says "anonymous" so that it doesn't show your name. I think that maybe sometimes for the really popular lezhin ones, they should click that so lezhin can't track them down.
Edit: I don't really like this feature since it's easier to track down people, but I think ......
